16 hurt in bus accident

MANILA, Philippines - At least 16 passengers were reported injured in a collision involving two buses along EDSA yesterday afternoon.

Initial reports state that the brakes of the Cher Transport bus failed and it rear-ended a Pascual Liner bus along EDSA southbound lane just before its intersection with Quezon Avenue at around 3 p.m.
