Fire leaves 20 families homeless

MANILA, Philippines - At least 20 families were rendered homeless when a fire of unknown origin broke out at a residential area along Coronado street in Barangay Guadalupe Viejo, Makati City yesterday.

Arson probers said the blaze started at 9:53 a.m. and reached the third alarm before it was put out at 10:55 a.m.

The fire damaged 10 houses.

No one was reported injured in the incident, the Makati Central Fire station said.
