Man nabbed for mutilating enemy

MANILA, Philippines - A man was arrested in Pasay City Monday for allegedly killing his enemy, cutting off the victim’s genitals and stuffing it in the dead man’s mouth.

Danilo Malusay was packing his bags when police officers and village watchmen caught him in his house near the Grand Mosque in Lumba Ranao along Roxas Boulevard at around 6 a.m., according to a report. Police officers recovered bloodstained shoes in Malusay’s possession.

The mutilated body of Ryan Magbanua was found in a bathroom of the Muslim compound, police said.
