MANILA, Philippines - Robbers on motorcycles robbed two branches of money remittance firm LBC in Las Piñas City yesterday.

The first robbery was in the LBC branch along the Alabang-Zapote Road in Barangay Talon Uno at around 12:34 p.m. Police said one robber pointed his gun at an LBC employee, carted away the store’s P32,000 income for the day, and fled in the direction of Bacoor, Cavite.

Thirty minutes later, three armed men broke into the company’s branch in Pamplona 2 along Alabang-Zapote Road and carted away P16,000.

Police are reviewing footages of surveillance cameras to determine the identity of the robbers.
