DepEd warns of Luistro impostor

aMANILA, Philippines - The Department of Education warned the public that a man pretending to be Secretary Armin Luistro is soliciting donations for DepEd projects from colleges, universities and businesses.

The impostor has reportedly approached several schools and private firms, asking for a donation of at least P10,000. The DepEd said such incidents should be reported to the department at telephone number 631-6033.
