Caretaker kills self in church

MANILA, Philippines – The caretaker of a church in Binondo, Manila shot himself Saturday night.

Leo Sambilo, 27, was found with a homemade .38 caliber handgun beside him in his room at The Church in Manila.

Investigators said the last message on Sambilo’s cell phone was one he sent to “Ivy,” telling her not to “make me jealous. You’re happy I wasn’t able to bear it.”
