- Aie Balagtas See - The Philippine Star

MANILA, Philippines - A couple reported yesterday that a burglar broke into their house in Alabang Hillsborough Village, Muntinlupa City.

Napoleon and Celina Jamir said they left their home at around 7:40 p.m. Thursday. Their helper said she locked all the doors and windows before going to bed at around 9 p.m.

The Jamirs said when they got home at around 12:10 a.m. yesterday, they found that items were missing from their second floor – P100,000 worth of gadgets, P80,000 in luxury bags and a wallet containing P1,000 and ATM cards. They said they checked the rest of the house and found that a window and a glass door on the ground floor were open.

“The burglar did not leave the house in disarray. No one was hurt,” said Chief Inspector Giovanni Martinez.
