Software engineer robbed in Caloocan

MANILA, Philippines - A software engineer lost cash and valuables when two unidentified men robbed him in Caloocan City before dawn yesterday.

Police Officer 2 Cesar Garcia said Chrisvinn Sung, 26, was changing his footwear before wading into the floodwaters at Monumento Circle when the robbers attacked at around 3:30 a.m.

The two men poked knives against Sung’s sides before taking his backpack, which contained his two cell phones, ATM cards, identification cards, a laptop and an undetermined amount of money.

The robbers remain at large.
