Korean robbed at Remedios Circle

MANILA, Philippines - A Korean woman and her friends were robbed while they were at the Remedios Circle yesterday morning.

Jung Sun Her, 34, told the Manila Police District (MPD)- General Assignment Section (GAS) that she and her friends were in a car at the Remedios Circle when a group of men tried to open the car doors at around 6:30 a.m.

The woman said one of the men snatched her friend’s wallet while another grabbed her gold necklace.

Barangay 702 Zone 77 councilman Dondi Berangoy learned of the incident and arrested Mark Jay Huarde, whom Jung identified as the man who grabbed her necklace.
