MANILA, Philippines - The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) took advantage of the improved weather yesterday to cover some of the potholes along Roxas Boulevard’s southbound lane.
Workers lay “big squares of asphalt” to cover big potholes along the boulevard from Baclaran up to the Coastal Road, DPWH-National Capital Region director Reynaldo Tagudando said.
He said the potholes “have been there” even before typhoon “Gener” pummeled the country with strong winds and heavy rainfall.
