Korean charged for threatening pilot

MANILA, Philippines - A Korean man was charged with malicious mischief for barging into a commercial pilot’s home in Las Piñas City Saturday and threatening to kill him.

Police said John Kim, 41, reportedly barged into the home of Ian Josenido Enriquez, 33, in BF Homes and used an implement to scratch the paint of a parked Mitsubishi Montero.

Kim then threatened to kill Enriquez, who sought police help to have Kim arrested. Investigators have yet to determine Kim’s motive.
