Girl molested, then given P50

MANILA, Philippines - Police yesterday filed charges against a man who sexually abused a nine-year-old girl at a grassy portion of Coastal Road in Parañaque City.

Suspect Johnny Binare, of Barangay Moonwalk, was charged before the Parañaque City prosecutor’s office, said Superintendent Billy Beltran.

Binare fell into police hands on Tuesday.

The victim told police that the suspect removed her short pants and inserted his fingers to her private part. Not content, Binare ordered the girl to give him a “blowjob.” When she refused, the suspect slapped her and gave her P50 before she was allowed to go home.
