Traffic buildup at Skyway's NAIA ramp to worsen

-

MANILA, Philippines - Skyway O&M Corp. (Somco) warned the public yesterday that the traffic buildup at Skyway’s ramp leading to the Ninoy Aquino International Airport may worsen when classes start on June 4.

Somco operations chief Ed Nepomuceno said the traffic flow in the area builds up during peak hours because half of the Sales Bridge is closed for repairs, which started last March and will end in July. He said Somco implemented a toll rate discount to encourage motorists to use the Skyway ramps leading to Magallanes, Don Bosco, Amorsolo and Dela Rosa.
