Tulfo questions petition filed by Santiago couple

MANILA, Philippines - Broadcaster Erwin Tulfo yesterday questioned the petition for writ of amparo filed by couple Claudine Barretto and Raymart Santiago against the Tulfo brothers.

Tulfo’s lawyer Nelson Borja said the coverage of writ of amparo pertains only to cases of extra-judicial killings.

The celebrity couple had earlier filed a petition for writ of amparo against “T3” hosts Raffy, Ben and Erwin Tulfo.

The couple sought a temporary protection order against the Tulfos for threatening them during an episode of the TV show following a brawl with columnist Ramon Tulfo at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA). 

They also asked the court to provide them police escorts
