MANILA, Philippines - Two men arrested for allegedly robbing a moneychanger shop at the Robinson’s Galleria last month were charged in court with robbery with homicide.
Prosecutor Vivien Manahan found probable cause to charge Wily Enriquez, 42, and Erenio de la Cruz, 46, before Regional Trial Court Branch 92 Judge Eleuterio Bathan.
Manahan recommended further investigation of the case against suspects Alexander Montejo and Roger Solpaco, who are still are large.
The March 29 robbery claimed the life of a security guard who was among a group of bank personnel delivering money to the moneychanger shop in the mall.
Enriquez and De la Cruz, who are being held at the Quezon City Jail, were not allowed to post bail. They were caught in Iloilo last week.
