Missing man found in Valenzuela well

MANILA, Philippines - The body of a 50-year-old man who went missing Thursday was discovered in a community well in Valenzuela City the next day.

Police Officer 2 Rodolfo Tumbaga said the body of Mario Imperial was found floating in a neighborhood well on Pinagpala street in Barangay Malinta at around 6 a.m.

Northern Police District Scene of the Crime Operatives brought the victim’s body to the crime lab for autopsy to determine whether there was foul play involved in his death.

Flor Mollanida, Imperial’s neighbor, told police she last saw the victim fetching water from the well at around 3 p.m.
