Man stabbed over fare argument

MANILA, Philippines - A man is in critical condition after a tricycle driver stabbed him in the neck following an altercation over fare in Caloocan City Wednesday night.
Witness Ariel Carolina said Elmer Molina, 18, of Nadurata street in Barangay 57, complained when the suspect charged him P40 pesos for a regular P20-ride.
After a heated argument, the suspect drew a knife, stabbed Molina then sped away.
