21 vintage bombs found in Binondo warehouse

MANILA, Philippines - At least 21 vintage bombs were discovered in a warehouse in Binondo, Manila yesterday afternoon.

Security guard Albert Angeles found the bombs – 115mm howitzer projectiles – as he was cleaning the RBL Fishing Line warehouse along Jaboneros street. He called the San Nicolas police community precinct, which contacted the Manila Police District (MPD) headquarters.

The bombs were taken by members of the MPD’s explosives and ordnance division for disposal.
