Cops say bank exec killed self in brod's condo unit

MANILA, Philippines - The bank executive whose body was found in his brother’s condominium unit in Pasig City Wednesday could have killed himself, police said yesterday.

City police chief Senior Superintendent Jesse Cardona said there were no signs of forced entry when they examined the Corinthian Executive Regency Condominium unit where the body of Union Bank financial executive Mark Oliver San Pascual, 30, was found.

“Our initial findings showed that it was suicide but we will wait for the (Scene of the Crime Operatives) findings before declaring the incident as a suicide,” he said.

Cardona said the gun found near San Pascual’s body is the gun used in the shooting. He died from a gunshot wound in the chest.
