MANILA, Philippines – A human skull and skeletons were dug up inside a street manhole in Divisoria Tuesday night.
An employee of Maynilad Water Services told police that crewmen were repairing a water pipe at the corner of Ilaya and Padre Herrera streets when they discovered a human skull and several pieces of skeletons.
The skull and skeletons were brought to the police laboratory for examination.
