Valenzuela slay suspect falls

MANILA, Philippines - After eight years in hiding, Valenzuela City’s sixth most wanted fugitive was arrested in Bulacan Sunday night, police said yesterday.

Chief Inspector Wilben Mayor, city police officer-in-charge, said his men arrested Crisaldo Castillo Lim, 33, at his house in Mayhood subdivision in Meycauayan, Bulacan on the strength of an arrest warrant issued byValenzuela regional trial court Judge Nena Santos.

Police records show Lim was charged for allegedly stabbing Jessie Salundaguit in September 2002 in Malanday. The victim was a son of SPO3 Juanito Salundaguit of the Valenzuela police.
