Man caught having sex with minor

MANILA, Philippines - Police officers arrested Friday afternoon a 22-year-old man caught having sex with a 15-year-old student in a hotel in Quiapo, Manila.

The victim’s classmate sought the assistance of a Manila policeman after the victim told her that her boyfriend had been forcing her to have sex.

Police Officer 1 Ricardo Flores, after coordinating with the hotel staff, surprised Oliver Ria naked in bed with the victim, who quickly put on her school uniform. In between sobs, she thanked the policeman for saving her.

According to the girl, Ria courted her months ago and successfully brought her to a hotel. After their first sexual encounter, the girl said Ria forced her to have sex with him almost every week. He threatened to upload her nude photos on the Internet if she refused, the girl said.

She said Ria showed her the photos, which she believes were taken without her knowledge during their first encounter.

“I could not resist him out of fear. I was so ashamed that my nude photos will be seen by my friends and family,” the girl told The STAR.

She said she confided her secrets to her best friend, asking for help.

Ria said the girl agreed to have sex with him, and denied having the victim’s nude photos in his possession.

He was charged with grave threat and seduction in relation to child abuse.
