Parañaque's 7th most wanted falls

MANILA, Philippines - The seventh most wanted man in Parañaque City was arrested last Friday morning.

Chief Inspector Jenny Tecson, spokesperson of the Southern Police District, said Joel “Toto” Resterio was arrested about 11:30 a.m. at Area 2, Purok 6, Mauling Creek in Barangay Lower Bicutan, Taguig City.

Vergara has a pending case of robbery with homicide and was nabbed by Parañaque and SPD’s intelligence divisions by virtue of the warrant of arrest issued by Judge Fortunito Madrona of the city Regional Trial Court Branch 274.

Parañaque City police chief Senior Superintendent Nestor Pastoral said Resterio is also wanted for several akyat-bahay cases.
