QC handa na sa school opening

Manila, Philippines - Handa na ang  Quezon City sa pagsisimula ng pasukan sa susunod na Lunes (Hunyo 6).

Tiniyak ni QC Mayor Herbert  Bautista sa mga magulang na ang lahat ng city department at ahensya ng lokal na pamahalaan ay nakahanda na  upang ma­tiyak na magiging maayos at walang aberya ang pagsisimula ng klase ng mga estudyante.

Sa ngayon, aabot na sa 60 hanggang 70 percent ang renovation work ng mga silid-aralan ng mga  kindergarten para sa bagong school year sa ina­asahang 30,000 batang mag-aaral na nag-enroll para sa pre-school program sa nabanggit na lungsod.

Aabot sa 33 elementary school ang na-identify ng division of city schools  bilang priority areas na ka­ilangang ma-repair at maisaayos ang klasrum ng kindergarten.

Karamihan sa mga priority­ school ay nasa  District II kasama na ang GSIS Village Elementary School, New Era Elementary School, L.R. Pascual Elementary School, Doña Rosario Elementary School, Rosa Susano Ele­mentary School, President Corazon Aquino Elementary School, Sen. Benigno Aquino Elementary School, Doña Juana Elementary School, Fairview Elementary School, Lupang Pa­ngako Elementary School, Manuel L. Quezon Elementary School, Payatas C Ele­mentary School, Damong Maliit Elementary School, Pasong Tamo Elementary School at Commonwealth Elementary School.

Naglaan ang QC government ng P40 milyon para sa operasyon ng mga  kinder klasrum kasama na ang pag­lalagay ng palikuran, ka­ragdagang mga guro, pambili ng mga instructional material at school furniture.

Samantala, nakumpleto na rin ng QC government ang 3 dagdag na school buildings para sa mas dumaraming mag-aaral sa Old Balara Elementary School-Villa Beatriz, Bagong Pag-asa Elementary School at sa National Orthopedic Hospital School for the Crippled Children.
