Dominguez brods moved to QC jail

- Reinir Padua -

MANILA, Philippines - A Quezon City regional trial court judge has ordered alleged carjack kings Roger and Raymond Dominguez to be transferred to the Quezon City Jail from the Philippine National Police custodial center in Camp Crame yesterday.

Judge Maria Luisa Padilla of Branch 215 issued the commitment order yesterday for the Dominguez brothers and another accused, Jason Miranda. She said the transfer should have been done yesterday.

Padilla is hearing the car theft with homicide charges filed against the Dominguez brothers for the killing of car dealer Venson Evangelista.

The Dominguez brothers, who are accused of leading a notorious carjacking group, had pleaded not guilty to the criminal charges they are facing. Miranda, who was with Roger when he was arrested for a traffic violation, pleaded not guilty to the same charges.
