2 win P87-M Grand Lotto pot

MANILA, Philippines - The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) reported that one winner from Marikina and another from the Visayas/Mindanao area got the winning number combination of the 6/55 Grand Lotto online lottery draw last Wednesday and will share an P87-million jackpot, while a lone bettor from Quezon City won a P24-million prize for the 6/45 Mega Lotto draw last Monday.

PCSO spokesman Manny Garcia said the winning combination for the Grand Lotto draw is 18-20-7-5-10-12 , though the specific lotto outlets have not yet been pinpointed as of yesterday afternoon. Neither of the two winners have claimed their prize.

The winning ticket for the Mega Lotto draw last Feb. 14 was 10-29-23-28-21-12 and a 44-year-old employee from Quezon City claimed the jackpot last Tuesday at the PCSO central office at the Philippine International Convention Center (PICC) in Pasay City.

“The winner (of the Mega Lotto draw) paid P140 for a system 7 bet, using numbers corresponding to the birthdays of family members,” he said, adding that the winner had been betting on lotto since 1995.
