Binay to hand out land titles

MANILA, Philippines - Vice President Jejomar Binay will give out today land titles to 133 qualified beneficiaries in Pandacan, Manila.
Binay, chairman of the Housing and Urban Development Coordinating Council, will be joined at 2 p.m. by National Housing Authority general manager Chito Cruz, Manila Mayor Alfredo Lim, and Rep. Rosenda Ann Ocampo during the land title distribution.
