MANILA, Philippines -  Annapolis street in San Juan City will be a one-way road starting today to reduce traffic jams in the area, the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) said yesterday.

MMDA Chairman Francis Tolentino said the traffic scheme will be enforced from 6 a.m. to 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. He said posters informing motorists about the new schedule have been posted along the route since Friday.
