MANILA, Philippines – West Zone concessionaire Maynilad Water Services Inc. advised residents in Malabon and Navotas to store enough water as they could experience water interruption while Maynilad is upgrading its pipe network in the two cities.
In an advisory, the water firm said the water cutoff will be from 8 p.m. tomorrow to 8 a.m. Wednesday (Nov. 24), as it will fix the interconnection of a 300-millimeter pipeline along Tanza Bridge, Women’s Club, in Malabon City.
Barangays in Malabon City that will be affected include Barangay Hulong Duhat, Barangay Bayan-Bayanan, Barangay Dampalit, Barangay Flores and Barangay Baritan.
In Navotas City, residents in Barangay Tanza were advised to save enough water since their area will also be covered by the repairs.
