Philippine National Police (PNP) chief Director General Jesus Verzosa officiated the pinning of ranks on Director George Piano, Chief Superintendents Alex Paul Monteagudo, Elpidio de Asis Jr., and Tomas Rentoy III during simple ceremonies in Camp Crame.
