Police said Salgado has been the subject of complaints from his neighbors on Visayas street in Signal Village for his alleged illegal activities. Upon learning of the complaints, Mayor Sigfrido Tiñga tasked Cascolan to work on Salgado’s arrest.
Taguig anti-drug police officers also arrested four men who were reportedly caught engaging in a shabu session in Salgado’s house at the time of the bust.
