Quezon City asks liquor sellers to renew permits

-

MANILA, Philippines - The Quezon City government reminded liquor dealers and retailers yesterday of the Jan. 20 deadline for the renewal of their liquor regulatory permits.

The reminder covers owners of amusement places, funhouses, eateries, neighborhood stores and other establishments serving and retailing liquor.

City Liquor Licensing and Regulatory Board (LLRB) chair Alberto Galarpe warned that establishment owners who fail to renew their permits shall be banned from serving liquor, and will subjected to corresponding penalties and surcharges.

The city government is also reminding business establishment owners of the Jan. 20 deadline for the payment of business taxes and the March 31 deadline for real property taxpayers to settle their tax dues. – Perseus Echeminada
