OFW killed in car crash
MANILA, Philippines - An overseas Filipino worker died after he figured in an accident while driving along Osmeña Highway in Makati City Friday night.
Police Officer 3 Marvin Mendoza said Milo Malfatti, 40, was on his way home to the Palm Tower building in San Antonio Village when upon reaching the area under the Magallanes interchange, he hit a concrete post in the middle of the road.
Mendoza said Malfatti’s vehicle swerved to the left and crashed into a steel fence.
Makati rescue workers brought Malfatti to the Ospital ng Makati, where attending physician Spice Astorga Villa declared him dead on arrival. – Rhodina Villanueva
