Caloocan offers free legal services

MANILA, Philippines - The Caloocan city government opened a month-long free legal aid caravan to ensure that residents have access to legal services, a city official said yesterday.

City legal officer Teresita Capacillo said residents who would like to avail themselves of the program may contact their barangay heads or her office at 288-8811 local 2266 to know when the caravan will be at their barangay. – Jerry Botial, Pete Laude
