Christmas bazaar at St. James the Great parish in Ayala Alabang Village

The St. James The Great Christmas Bazaar is now on its 17th year will be held on Nov. 29, 30 and Dec. 1 at the Cuenca Community Center and St. James parking lot in Ayala Alabang Village in Muntinlupa.

More than 550 concessionaires will be joing the event and a great variety of products will be on sale. Entrance is free.

Manufacturers, exporters, importers and traders from all over the Philippines like Davao, Cebu, Palawan, Bicol, Iloilo, Bacolod, Baguio, Pampanga, Laguna and Batangas will be showcasing their products during the three-day fair.

Products include holiday foods for gift giving, over-runs of branded men’s, ladies and children’s clothes, christmas decor, christmas wrappers and boxes, lacquerware, Filipino ethnic products and handicrafts, decorative candles, toys, shoes, native and imported bags, house decor, furnitures, wrought iron, paintings and many more.  

Aside from shopping, the public can also dine in at the Food Pavilion, where some well-known eateries such as Las Paellas, Tapa King, Brothers Burger, Barrio Fiesta, Serye Restaurant, Ellies Roasted Calf, Swifts Hotdogs, Coolman Halo Halo, Potato Corner, Odd Balls, Theobroma and other food concessionaires will be putting up stalls.

The major sponsor for the event is Swifts Hotdogs.  Official drinks are Coca-cola and Viva water. Other major sponsors are Unilever, Fundador, AC Corporation, Tentworld, Saladmaster, Nikon & Pronto.

Proceeds of this bazaar will be for the benefit of St. James Foundation.  

The Chairpersons for this event are the mother-daughter team of Mimi and Nikki Valerio.  Committee members are Manny Gonzales, president of St. James Foundation; Ricky Presa, Parish Pastoral Council president; Edza Gonzales, Titang Montinola and Msgr. Ernie Joaquin, parish priest.

The highlight of the bazaar will be a grand raffle. Prizes to be won include TV sets, DVD players and other valuable items.

Major credit cards will be accepted. Two BPI ATM machines will be available to service the shoppers.
