Taxi terminal in Caloocan robbed

- Jerry Botial -

At least 15 men in military uniforms and armed with high-powered assault rifles robbed the taxi terminal of at least four taxi companies owned by the Enriquez family early yesterday morning in Caloocan City.

Superintendent William Macavinta, city police chief, said the suspects on board two utility vehicles hit the common terminal of taxi companies R & E, Sturdy, EMP and 9 Stars on 37 Reparo Road, Baesa, Caloocan City at around 1:30 a.m.

The suspects took everything they could, including the cash and valuables of everyone inside the compound – employees, taxi drivers and bystanders at the offices, canteen and billiard hall. – With Pete Laude
