A man killed his neighbor and wounded three others when he found out that they had illegally tapped into his household’s power line in Pasay City Thursday night, according to the local police.
Suspect Luis Lim, 47, confronted his neighbors Veronica and Danilo Dipas and accused them of illegally tapping into his power line. This resulted in an argument, during which Lim drew a gun and fired at the couple.
Veronica suffered gunshot wounds in the right calf and in the stomach while Danilo was shot in the head.
Ma. Theresa Romero, 38, another neighbor, heard the gunfire and was hit in the left thigh when she went out of her house to investigate. She and the Dipases are still being treated at the Pasay City General Hospital.
Victor Fuentes, 51, who was buying goods at a nearby store, suffered several gunshot wounds and died before those who came to his aid could reach the San Juan de Dios Hospital.
