Parañaque City Mayor Florencio Bernabe Jr. donated 10 brand new Toyota Vios patrol cars to the local police to boost the mobility and capability of policemen to respond to emergencies.
Bernabe turned over the new police cars to Paranaque City police chief, Superintendent Ronald Estilles yesterday morning.
The mayor ordered Estilles to maximize the use of their new patrol vehicles against criminals that victimize people on the streets.
Pasay City Mayor Wenceslao Trinidad also donated four patrol cars to the local police.
Trinidad said the city also purchased two ambulances and three dump trucks to improve public service. – Michael Punongbayan, Rhodina Villanueva
