American caught  with drugs at NAIA

An American national about to depart for Ichon, South Korea was caught with one gram of shabu, a tooter, lighter and aluminum foil in his bag when he checked in at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 2 past midnight yesterday.

Aviation Security Group head Col. Efren Labiang identified the American as Kenneth Francis Black Jr., 44. He was put under arrest for possession of illegal drugs and turned over to the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency. – Rudy Santos
