Vendor stabbed for hogging videoke mike

A vendor was seriously wounded yesterday after another customer stabbed him for hogging the microphone in a videoke joint in Caloocan City.
Police Officer 3 Melito Pabon, the officer-on-case, said Albert Camu, a vendor the Bonifacio Market at the Monumento Circle, got the ire of another vendor known only as Monching, and other videoke customers for refusing to share the microphone.
At around 3 a.m., the suspect crept from behind and stabbed Camu at least four times while he was in the middle of a song.
Vendors Jeriob Jutib and Basillia Carpio, who both witnessed the attack, brought Camu to Manila Central University Hospital. – Jerry Botial, Ian Estrada
