Rudolf Keikut, 55, is currently detained at the BI jail in Bicutan, Taguig City while awaiting deportation proceedings.
He was arrested last Nov. 30 in Davao City.
Immigration Commissioner Alipio Fernandez Jr. said Keikut will be put in the bureaus blacklist to prevent him from returning to the Philippines.
BI records show that the German arrived as a tourist and had been hiding in the country since June last year. He is accused of molesting his adopted daughter several times for seven years.
It was found that an arrest warrant was issued against Keikut by a Munich court on Oct. 23, according to BI intelligence chief lawyer Faizal Hussin.
According to the charge sheet, Keikut started abusing the child from 1992 to 1999 by enticing her to remove her clothes and supposedly "touching, playing and kissing the victims private parts."
The victim recalled in her testimony to German authorities that her adoptive father molested her at least 50 times in their apartment in Munich, added Hussin.
