Man electrocuted in Valenzuela

Three workers were injured after one of them was electrocuted while installing window grills in a commercial complex in Valenzuela City yesterday.
PO2 Exequiel Sangco, officer on case, said Ricardo Noblefranca Jr., Eduardo Baluyot and Jolito Azor were readying a window grill for installation on the roof of the Lopez Market building at around 8:10 in the morning.
Noblefranca, who was carrying a steel bar, touched a main line near an electric post and was thrown back several feet by the electrical surge.
Baluyot and Azor, who were carrying the wrought-iron grill, were injured when Noblefranca reeled into them.
The three men were taken to the Valenzuela General Hospital for treatment. Noblefanca was treated for burns from the waist up to his neck while Baluyot and Azor were treated for minor injuries.
Witnesses said the three were lucky they did not fall off the roof. Jerry Botial
