Eusebio to back crafting of laws vs drug traffickers

Pasig City Mayor Vicente Eusebio vowed to support the crafting of pertinent laws that would ultimately eradicate drug syndicates in the country through active participation in the ongoing congressional inquiries.
Eusebio, who attended a congressional committee hearing on dangerous drugs and public order and security, assured House members that the local government of Pasig would extend full cooperation in the shabu tiangge investigation to extract the important details on how the syndicate was able to operate in his jurisdiction.
As this developed, Eusebio said he has implemented the local enforcement office aimed at augmenting the police force in its campaign against criminals.
With the creation of Batas Ciudad Enforcement Office (BCEO), Eusebio said an information gathering on the movement of syndicates is being conducted on a regular basis to make it hard for these groups to duplicate what they achieved at the Mapayapa Compound.
