Forensic seminar, isinagawa

Naging matagumpay ang isinagawang Crime Scene Preservation Seminar ng National Forensic Science Training Institute (NFSTI) kamakailan sa Taguig City.

Dinaluhan ng mga opisyal ang seminar na ang layunin ay madagdagan ng kaalaman ang mga pulis at maging ang miyembro ng media kung paano pangalagaan ang ebidensiya sa crime scene.

Ayon kay C/Supt. Leopoldo Bataoil, PIO chief ng PNP, mahalaga ang naturang seminar dahil mas magiging maayos ang paghawak ng mga ebidensiya ng PNP, Bureau of Jail Management and Penology at Bureau of Fire Protection.

Aniya, madaling malulutas ng tatlong sangay ng DILG ang mga complex crime base na rin sa scientific investigation at detection.

Kabilang din sa mga dumalo sa seminar ay sina Supt. Emmanuel Aranas ng PNP Crime Lab, Federal Agent Iain Sinclair, Australian Federal Police at Senior Police Advisor, NFSTI director Supt. Marlene Salangad, Ph.D. at C/Insp. Francisco Supe, chief ng DNA Laboratory. (Doris Franche)
