A Dutch national and his Filipino housemate were found stabbed to death inside their house at a subdivision in Parañaque City yesterday.
Police identified the victims as Frans Harleyman and John Aquino, both single, of 31 Doña Alicia street, Ina Executive Homes, Better Living Subdivision in Barangay Don Bosco, Parañaque City.
Their naked bodies were found yesterday morning. The foreigners body was found in the sala while Aquino was found in the bedroom.
Both victims died from stab wounds in various parts of the body.
Harleyman worked as a substitute teacher at the International School while Aquino worked for a cellular phone service company.
Parañaque police chief Superintendent Ronald Estilles said the suspect was identified as houseboy Reynaldo Panaligan, 23.
Panaligan fled the crime scene using the victims red Mitsubishi Pajero (JCA-406).
Panaligans companion was identified only as a certain "Alfred."
Initial investigation conducted by the police showed that Panaligan and his cohort stabbed the victims several times before taking Harleymans wallet and fleeing using the vehicle.
Estilles said Panaligan even called up a neighbor to tell her he had killed Harleyman and Aquino.
Senior Police Officer 3 Bernardo Mendoza, case investigator, said they recovered three kitchen knives at the crime scene.
