A former movie actress was found dead inside her house the other night in Quezon City, police reported yesterday.
Teresita "Tet" Antiquera, 45, of Premier Court Subdivision, Barangay Capitol Hills, was discovered lifeless and sprawled on the floor by a relative at around 9:30 p.m. on Saturday.
But police said there was neither forcible entry in the house nor any signs of external injury on the victim, ruling out a possible criminal angle on the incident.
Reports at the Quezon City Police Districts Criminal Investigation Unit (QCPD-CIU) showed that Antiquera was last seen alive by neighbors cleaning her house early Saturday.
Herson Antiquera, a relative of the former movie actress, arrived at around 9:30 p.m. and discovered the body.
Herson immediately sought assistance from neighbors and a certain Dr. Philip Tan volunteered to revive Antiquera.
Police failed to determine the exact cause of Antiqueras death as her relatives refused to subject her corpse to an autopsy.
