The city government of Makati will host a classical concert featuring Raul Sunico, a world-famous pianist, at the centuries-old Sts. Peter and Paul Church in Barangay Poblacion tonight at 7:30 p.m.
Organized by the Museum and Cultural Affairs (MCAO) of Makati, in partnership with the National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCCA) and the Filipino Heritage Festival Inc., the concert caps the celebration of the National Heritage Month.
Lingling Cervantes, MCAO consultant, said the concert, dubbed "Raul Sunico and UST Wind Orchestra . . . in Concert," also serves as the grand finale to a series of free musical presentations, featuring popular jazz, pop, and acoustic artists, staged by the city government as part of the citys 335th foundation day celebration.
