Fire razes warehouse in Baclaran

-
Merchandise worth an estimated P3 million was destroyed when a fire hit a stall-type warehouse in Baclaran, Parañaque the other night.

The fire, which lasted for three-and-a-half hours, started at around 6:25 p.m. from a stall owned by one James Sy.

Investigators said the blaze quickly spread and gutted 11 other stalls inside the warehouse on Kapitan Ambo Extension.

Fire Inspector Leo Andiso said the fire reached the third alarm before it was put out at 9:50 p.m.

No one was reportedly hurt in the blaze.

Andiso said they have yet to determine the cause of the fire. – Edu Punay
