Japanese trader falls to his death

A 40-year-old Japanese businessman fell to his death from the 33rd floor of a residential building in Makati City yesterday morning.
Shigekazu Morikawa died on the spot after landing on concrete pavement, sustaining serious head and body injuries.
Reports from the Makati Police Department (MPD) said the incident happened at around 5:25 a.m. along Sanchez corner Bautista and Tordesillas streets in Salcedo Village, Barangay Bel-Air.
Morikawa allegedly jumped from the 33rd floor of the Regent Building, a condominium, where he also resides specifically at Room 3305.
He was found dead by one Jorge Evangelista, a security guard, who immediately alerted MPD authorities about the incident.
