Widow, houseboy found dead in Tondo

A 62-year-old widow and her 16-year-old houseboy were found dead on Saturday night in their house in Tondo, Manila.

The home of Elizabeth Tecson was found in disarray while its television and electric fan were still on when her niece, Sheena Aubrey Dalton, 20, arrived at the house located at 2511 Bato St., Tondo, Manila at around 11:30 p.m. and found the victims lying in a pool of blood.

The houseboy, Emenano Comeda, was found with his hands tied behind, blindfolded, and his mouth stuffed with a face towel.

Both victims sustained stab wounds in the neck.

Tecson sustained at least two stab wounds in the neck while both had cuts in their faces.

Investigation by Western Police District (WPD) homicide unit detective William Gondranios showed that Dalton came to the house to visit to her aunt but found the door open.

Police could still not determine what was stolen from the house nor how many suspects entered the house. – Jose Aravilla
